Middle East Organic
& Natural Products Expo 2018 is the one and only event for organic and
natural products in the region. The event provides international and regional
companies from different sectors, instant access to a dynamic and expanding
market. For the past 15 years, exhibitors and visitors have conducted business,
launched new products and found new opportunities through the expo. This year
its the 16th Edition of the Middle East Organic and Natural Products
Expo in Dubai.

patronage of United Arab Emirates, Ministry of Climate change and Environment,

Manager, ICCOA and gave a brief about the MENOPE Expo. He spoke about the
aligned vision of Global Links Exhibition Organizers & Conferences LLC
under patronage of United Arab Emirates, Ministry of Climate change and
Environment and its role in promoting organic industry across the globe. The
Middle East Organic & Natural Products Expo is the only dedicated
exhibition to showcase natural & organic products from a variety of
different sectors. The expo has gained strong credibility over the past 15
years by exhibitors and worldwide organic associations alike.
To
promote the International Trade Fair 2019 Organics and Millets at Bangalore
Palace from 18.01.2019 to 20.01.2019 the Department of Agriculture, Government
of Karnataka is organizing “Organics and Millets 2019”,an International Trade
Fair in Bengaluru, Karnataka between 18th to 20th January 2019. ICCOA is the
knowledge partner and co-organizer of this international event, which is
proving to be the biggest organic program ever in India and maybe Asia itself
The State of Karnataka in India is in the forefront of promotion of
organic and millet foods. Globally organic food is increasingly being preferred
due to the increased awareness on sustainability and environmental health.This
event will promote and showcase the opportunities existing in organics and
millets space. The fair will further create market linkages between producers
and marketers and make available healthy foods to consumers at affordable
price.
The
upcoming event comprises of a Hi-quality Exhibition of Organic Products and
Millets, Buyer-Seller Meet, International Conference and Consumer Connect
Programs. The fair provides an excellent opportunity to the marketers including
Raw material sourcing, Food Processors, Equipment Manufacturers, Technology
Providers involved in the field of Organics and Millet's to showcase their
product utility and diversity. To promote this event Dept of Agriculture has
participated in the show by taking a space and inviting stakeholders.
Stall was manned by budding entrepreneurs from
Karnataka “Sun Foods” Propertire Mr N Venkatesh and “Soul Food” and also President
of Farmers Federation from Davanagere & Chitradurga Districts
Regional Co-op participated in the fair and displayed the millet products. They
explored the market in UAE and had very good business meetings.
Honourable
Minister along with other delegates had
business meetings with retail chains owner and hyper markets in Dubai on both
days. Minister also visited Al Maya group super market and Mr Kamal Vachani,
Director welcomed them. Dept of Agriculture also plan to have brand for
Organics and Millets to be launched in ITF 2019.

B2B Meetings
ICCOA with Karnataka State Department of
Agriculture officials attended total 78 B2B meetings Out of this 57 meetings
were arranged with different international delegates from UAE, Saudi Arabia,
Egypt, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Philippines,
Sri Lanka, Greece etc.
Balance
21 Meetings were arranged with exhibitors in Indian Pavilion as well as with
Representative from Indian companies/Visitors.
